I’m John McArdle, the founder and
driving force behind McArdle Property, where we
are dedicated to creating quality new homes across
the North West.

For as long as I can remember I have been
passionate about property. My parents were partial
to a development project when I was young, culminating in a successful self-build project in Formby (pictured) and these experiences clearly had a positive influence on me.

After 15 successful years working as a commercial lawyer, in 2021 I decided to pursue my passion and started a second career in property development and investment.

What is now the McArdle Property Group was created and we have since worked
on a diverse range of projects across, including single buy-to-lets, houses of multiple occupants (HMOs), commercial conversions, and blocks of flats.

As well as investing our own capital we offer excellent returns to a select group of private investors, allowing us to add value to tired old properties.
