This property was originally a 3-bed end-terrace. Located opposite
the historic Birkenhead Park, it has convenient transport links to the rest of the Wirral and Liverpool City Centre.

As the photos show, it had been neglected for a while and the decor hadn’t been updated in a few decades. Thankfully, the property was in good structural condition, despite a couple of long-standing roof leaks.

With such generously-sized bedrooms and a convenient location it really lent itself to an HMO conversion aimed at working professionals.

We worked with the existing layout as much as possible but better utilised the space with some architectural input. The end result was a 4-bed HMO with each bedroom having its own large en-suite.

It proved to be really popular as soon as it hit the private rental market and was snapped up by four new tenants within a week.
